CO.STARTERS Core is a ten-week program that equips entrepreneurs with the insights, relationships and tools needed to turn ideas into action. This program will meet every Wednesday from March 12th through May 14th.
Over ten sessions, participants develop and fine-tune their ideas using the CO.STARTERS Canvas, critically examining every part and determining next steps through real-time feedback from people in the community.
The CO.STARTERS Core program consists of ten consecutive three-hour sessions covering the following topics:
SESSION 1: Knowing Yourself - Assumptions, Working Styles, Team Building, Obstacles
SESSION 2: Knowing Your Customer - Customer, Problem, Alternatives, Idea Testing
SESSION 3: Finding the Right Solution - Solution, Benefit, Advantage, Starting Small, Brand Identity
SESSION 4: Getting the Relationship Right - Marketing & Message, Getting Keeping & Growing Customers
SESSION 5: Building Blocks - Distribution, Revenue, Typical Offering, Price
SESSION 6: Structures & Systems - Legal & Accounting Considerations
SESSION 7: Discovering the Bottom Line - Startup & Ongoing Needs, Fixed & Variable Costs, Break-Even Point
SESSION 8: Financial Modeling - Break-Even Point, Sales Projections, Cash Flow, Raising Capital
SESSION 9: Planning for Growth - Growth Plans, Goal Setting, Celebration Prep
SESSION 10: Celebration!
Cost: $100 Once you register, you will receive an invoice via email. You will be able to pay this invoice using credit card, check, or cash. Please note, your registration is not complete until we have received payment. Once your payment is processed, you will be enrolled in the course.
