Livingston County, NY funds a shop local program each year encouraging visitors and residents alike to support local LivCo businesses in an effort to generate sales tax revenue that supports Livingston County, its 17 towns, and 9 villages. The program aims to raise awareness about the economic, environmental, and community benefits of thinking local first.
