Livingston County Economic Development received supplemental Community Development Block Grant funding to use to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic. In response to the economic hardships experienced by businesses resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the Back to Business Program provided grants to financially challenged businesses to reopen to full capacity and to recover revenue quickly. A wide variety of business expenses, including rent, payroll, inventory and equipment were eligible.
