There is little doubt that COVID-19 created one of the most challenging economic upheavals our country has experienced in well over half a century, and New York State has felt its effects, perhaps more than most. Several businesses, caught by surprise, scrambled to find ways to continue operating beyond their physical locations. Many of them have adapted and survived with plans to reopen stronger than ever.
“COVID-19 has caused business owners to rethink the way they do business,” stated Bill Bacon, Director of the Livingston County Economic Development, also referred to as the Livingston County Development Corporation (LCDC).
